Public house buildings insurance

Warrings can provide buildings insurance as part of the pub insurance policy if you also own the building housing the bar or pub.

If you are the owner of the building, or the lease makes you legally responsibility for the building, it is highly recommended that you take out buildings insurance for the pub or bar to protect either your asset or to protect your business from the repair liability should the worst happen.

Buildings insurance provides cover for the fabric of the building itself which is not covered by the property damage section of the standard policy alone, especially if the building has part residential use.

The helpful, knowledgeable account managers at Warrings can assist you select suitable buildings insurance to include within your public house insurance policy. Please telephone 0844 209 0566 or complete the online enquiry form and we will call you back at a time of your choosing.
